Executive, Client Management

About the role

The Executive, Client Management supports seamless client business integration and drives sustainable growth of client portfolios within DKSH's Consumer Goods division in Laos. Acting as a vital link between clients and internal teams, the role ensures operational excellence and delivers impactful client solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely reporting to the Client Manager, providing visibility reports for smooth operations.
• Support day‑to‑day activities of the Client Manager, ensuring efficient resource use and consistent service delivery.
• Drive consumer promotion activities, prepare claim reports, and coordinate marketing initiatives.
• Communicate and align planned activities across operational departments, business units, and client stakeholders.
• Prepare documentation for promotions and monitor in‑store stock to support monthly client plans.
• Gather and verify client and internal information, ensuring data accuracy and timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with DKSH IT, client, and operations teams to develop effective service solutions.
• Perform administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Marketing or a similar client‑facing role.
• Strong understanding of the client’s industry, business, and products.
• Proven client management and communication abilities.
• Analytical background with knowledge of statistical analysis methods.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
