Inbound Sales Representative

About the role

A growing Denver-based housecleaning business is looking for an Inbound Sales Representative. The person will convert inbound leads into recurring customers, follow up with prospects and reactivate past customers. Candidates must live in Latin America and submit their CV in English; applicants are encouraged to record a short Loom video presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound leads from PPC campaigns, Angie's List and other lead-generation channels, following a strong speed-to-lead process.
• Follow up consistently with prospects who have received quotes but have not yet booked.
• Reactivate past customers through outbound follow-up and existing customer databases.
• Use the company's established sales framework while keeping conversations natural, conversational and personalized.
• Focus on understanding customer needs and helping them visualize the value of a clean home, rather than using a hard-sell approach.
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activity in the company's systems so no qualified lead goes unanswered.
• Work with the team to improve the sales process and increase conversion and customer retention.

Required profile

• Candidates must reside in Latin America.
• Native or C1-level English with excellent spoken and written communication.
• Previous experience in inbound sales, inside sales, appointment setting, customer service or a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience outside a traditional BPO environment is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment where results are rewarded through commissions.
