Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will plan, execute and optimise marketing strategies to boost visibility of healthcare products and strengthen the DKSH brand in Laos. Working closely with commercial, medical and product teams, you will deliver compliant campaigns that support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans for product launches, services and campaigns aligned with business priorities.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor research and gather customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, medical and product teams to ensure unified marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute multi‑channel campaigns across digital, social media, events and print targeting healthcare audiences.
• Monitor, optimise and report on campaign performance against KPIs to maximise ROI.
• Create compliant content for doctors, clinics and patients, including brochures, presentations and digital assets.
• Support medical education and awareness initiatives while maintaining consistent brand identity.
• Organise medical conferences, seminars, workshops and promotional events in partnership with vendors and agencies.
• Perform administrative and coordination tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management or a related field.
• 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical device sectors.
• Strong understanding of healthcare marketing principles and relevant regulations.
• Excellent communication and content‑writing abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet competing deadlines.
• Fluency in the local language and basic proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
