Assistant Manager, Talent & Organization Development

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Talent & Organization Development supports DKSH’s growth by driving talent management, learning, performance and employee engagement initiatives. Working closely with business leaders and HR partners, the role builds capabilities, enhances the employee experience and creates talent pipelines aligned with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Learning Needs Analysis with business leaders to identify capability gaps and prioritize development interventions.
• Design and manage the annual training calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Coordinate internal and external learning programs, monitor effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee employee onboarding and orientation to ensure new hires are set up for success.
• Champion participation in corporate development programs such as People DNA.
• Maintain accurate training completion records and support the annual Performance Management Process.
• Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on performance management practices.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives, coordinate surveys and translate results into actionable improvement plans.
• Manage employee recognition programs and organize culture‑building events.
• Develop wellbeing and employee experience initiatives, monitor metrics and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Coordinate annual talent review processes and support succession planning.
• Assist in the design and implementation of HR projects that enhance capability and performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a related field.
• Professional HR certification is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, including 2–3 years in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development or Employee Engagement.
• Proven experience managing HR projects and engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, learning & development, and performance management processes.
