Marketing and Communications Manager

About the role

The Marketing and Communications Manager will lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, reputation and revenue for the Avani Lanexang Vientiane Hotel. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure all communications reflect the brand’s vibrant, locally‑inspired identity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual marketing and communication plans aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
• Manage public relations, media relations, influencer partnerships and press activities.
• Oversee digital marketing, social media, website content, SEO/SEM and online advertising campaigns.
• Produce marketing collateral, coordinate photo/video shoots and create compelling storytelling content.
• Plan and execute seasonal promotions, events, F&B campaigns and special packages.
• Monitor media coverage, online reputation and respond to guest feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality marketing communications.
• Strong understanding of brand management and integrated campaign execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales, revenue and operations teams.
