Executive Client Management

About the role

The Executive, Client Management supports seamless client business integration and drives sustainable growth for DKSH’s Consumer Goods division in Laos.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver regular reports and updates to the Client Manager to ensure smooth client operations.
• Support day‑to‑day operational management, focusing on efficient use of resources.
• Drive consumer promotion activities and provide central support for marketing initiatives, including claim report preparation.
• Coordinate planned activities across operational departments, business units and client stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Develop documentation for promotion activities and monitor in‑store stock availability for monthly planning.
• Collaborate with internal departments and IT to develop and implement effective service solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or a similar client‑facing role.
• Strong understanding of client industries, product portfolios and business dynamics.
• Proven client‑management and communication abilities to build productive relationships.
• Analytical background with knowledge of statistical analysis methods.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
