Marketing Specialist

About the role

RDK Group is a full-service media agency offering translation, market research, campaigns and media relations. The Marketing Specialist manages and executes marketing campaigns, brand activations and digital communication for the company and its clients, working with design, media, event and client service teams to meet KPIs and support brand strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run marketing campaigns across digital, print and event channels, preparing timelines and coordinating deliverables.
• Create multimedia content (visual, video, written) with Canva Pro or similar tools, manage social media, respond to messages and support WordPress site updates.
• Track performance on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and the website, prepare weekly or monthly reports and optimise content strategy.
• Coordinate with suppliers, influencers and media outlets, and liaise with vendors on quotations and schedules.
• Plan and run events such as press conferences, product launches and seminars, and represent the company at media functions.
• Research competitors and trends, suggest improvements, and support proposals and pitches.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing or digital media management, preferably in an agency or multi-brand setting.
• Organised, detail-oriented, able to multitask and work independently under pressure.
