Senior Trade Marketing Manager (On‑Trade)

About the role

The Senior Trade Marketing Manager (On‑Trade) will design and execute channel strategies that boost sales growth, market share, brand visibility and consumer engagement across on‑trade venues such as restaurants, bars, clubs, hotels and cafés. The role collaborates closely with Sales, Brand Marketing and Regional Trade Marketing teams to ensure seamless channel execution and optimal investment allocation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement channel strategies and programs that deliver sustainable growth.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities.
• Plan and launch trade‑marketing campaigns, promotions and activations aligned with the commercial plan.
• Create activation guidelines and support Sales teams during execution.
• Establish POS standards and enhance outlet visibility through merchandising and POSM initiatives.
• Manage visibility and amenities budgets efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably within FMCG.
• Strong understanding of sales, trade marketing, promotions, activations and POSM management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder‑management and leadership abilities.
• Fluency in Lao and English.
