Supply Chain Business Controller

About the role

The Supply Chain Business Controller partners with the Supply Chain team to deliver financial planning, analysis, reporting and cost‑control support. The role drives cost optimisation, capital efficiency and compliance while enabling strategic initiatives across the brewery.

Key responsibilities

• Support the 3‑Year Strategic Plan, Annual Plan and latest estimates, leading budgeting and forecasting cycles with Supply Chain stakeholders.
• Prepare financial and operational reports, monitor actual costs versus budget, and flag cost deviations early.
• Manage submissions for the Brewery Comparison System (BCS) and Supply Chain Driving System (SCDS), ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Provide decision support through detailed cost analysis, financial modelling, business cases and scenario planning for investments.
• Strengthen internal controls, assess risks, ensure compliance with Heineken standards and promote continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of finance/business controlling experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong FP&A, business partnering, cost‑management and financial‑analysis capabilities.
• Excellent analytical thinking, stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent English; Lao language is an advantage.
