Business Intelligence Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Manager to lead the design, implementation and maintenance of sales KPI dashboards and reporting across strategic, tactical and operational levels. The role works closely with Data & Technology teams and provides insights that help improve sales productivity, market coverage and overall business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and manage end‑to‑end sales KPI dashboards, ensuring accuracy, usability and alignment with decision‑making needs.
• Track and analyse sales performance by region, channel and customer type, delivering regular reports on key indicators such as volume, value and cost to serve.
• Analyse market coverage and sales force productivity, including visit frequency, routing compliance and time‑motion studies, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Evaluate KPI effectiveness and incentive structures, break down targets to individual reps and monitor performance against those targets.
• Partner with the Sales Capability team to deliver insights on salesforce productivity and suggest process enhancements.
• Support the implementation of digital tools and sales automation solutions to improve data tracking, reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial, sales analytics or reporting roles.
• Strong data analysis skills, including the creation of dashboards, reports and actionable business insights.
• Experience with sales tools, SFA systems or digital solutions is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven project‑management skills and the capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good command of English and willingness to travel when required.
