Clinical Provider (Khmer‑speaker)

About the role

You will join Intellect’s telehealth platform as a Clinical Provider, delivering 60‑minute video sessions to support clients’ mental health and personal growth. The role is freelance and remote, with flexible business hours and the possibility of onsite work when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1‑on‑1 telehealth or onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients.
• Manage clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction.
• Collaborate with the internal clinical team and suggest improvements to the program and platform.

Required profile

• Master or Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.
• At least 300 clinical hours completed after the master’s degree.
• Fluent in English and Khmer.
• Prior experience in EAP, adult counselling, or managerial coaching is a plus.
• Willingness to work onsite if required is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) or other evidence‑based approaches.
• Experience with Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution‑Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), or similar methods.
