Junior Social Media Virtual Assistant (Community Engagement)

About the role

A US-based firm supporting business owners and entrepreneurs through entity formation, tax strategy, business credit development and asset protection is looking for a junior social media virtual assistant to manage multi-platform community engagement and represent company leadership online. The work focuses on daily community interaction, CRM tracking, client engagement and coordination between Sales, Marketing and Executive Leadership, without creating graphics or running paid ads. The position is 100% remote for candidates living in Latin America, with a 40-hour-per-week commitment and a monthly service fee paid in USD.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and engage daily across Skool, Facebook groups, Discord and internal client portals, replying to comments and messages in the voice of company leadership.
• Look up each interacting user in Salesforce (CRM), distinguish existing clients from warm leads and log interaction notes.
• Route warm sales leads to Sales Team Leads and escalate urgent client inquiries or blockers via Slack.
• Join new relevant Facebook and Skool groups on behalf of leadership and track potential networking contacts and proposals.
• Flag mentions of competitor programs, keep tracking notes in Google Sheets and maintain daily handoff records.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a social media contractor, community manager or client engagement specialist.
• Advanced written and spoken English (C1/C2), able to sound professional yet approachable.
• High attention to detail and discretion, representing executive leadership online.
• Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) is strongly preferred.

Required skills

• Basic hands-on experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Comfort with Facebook Groups, Discord, Slack and community platforms such as Skool.
• Nice to have: familiarity with real estate investing, e-commerce or business formation/tax concepts, and Google Sheets for task tracking.
