Manager, Finance Business Partner

This position will be located in Laos.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to support Business Unit performance and decision-making.
• Monitor, analyze, and provide financial insights to drive business growth and achieve targets.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management activities.
• Partner closely with business leaders to identify risks and opportunities.
• Manage month-end closing, financial reporting, and accounting operations.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/local accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Support audits, statutory reporting, and financial control processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Financial Controlling, or Accounting.
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business performance management.
• Hands‑on experience in month‑end closing, financial reporting, and accounting operations.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and major accounting standards.
• Able to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
• Experience in multinational companies is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate and work in Laos.
