Photovoltaic Installation Designer & PV Montage Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Photovoltaic Installation Designer who will also coordinate PV montage teams. You will be part of a small, dynamic PV project implementation department, handling installations for business, residential, and agricultural clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule PV installation projects.
• Coordinate installation crews to achieve roughly 250 kWp per month.
• Ensure timely execution and complete documentation of each installation.
• Settle work accounts with crews and maintain contact with both internal teams and subcontractors.
• Arrange rental of installation equipment such as cranes, roof lifts, and scaffolding.
• Participate in the development of the PV implementation department, including large‑scale installations, virtual power plants, heat pumps, and energy storage.
• Assist in the procurement of photovoltaic components.
• Communicate with clients to organize installation logistics.
• Monitor the operational status of installed PV systems.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience working on PV installations, either as a coordinator or foreman.
• Hands‑on experience connecting and configuring photovoltaic inverters.
• Willingness to travel occasionally across Poland.
• Strong focus on meeting deadlines.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Ability to build trustworthy relationships with clients and the company.
• Preferred: SEP or UDT certifications.
