Sales Executive – Laos Market

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to lead the promotion and sale of Green SM’s electric vehicles in the Laos market. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for prospective customers, guiding them through the entire buying journey and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and develop prospective customers for electric vehicles in Laos.
• Consult customers on model options, features, pricing, promotions, and related services.
• Manage sales leads from initial contact through negotiation, closing, and vehicle hand‑over.
• Conduct product presentations and arrange test‑drives when required.
• Assist customers with purchasing procedures, payment processes, documentation, and delivery.
• Proactively expand the customer network and uncover new sales opportunities.
• Collect market insights on customer needs, competitor activity, pricing, and EV trends.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and other teams to enhance the sales process.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular performance reports.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Lao nationality with strong knowledge of the local market, culture, and consumer behavior.
• College or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in sales or business development (preferred).
• Experience in automotive, electric‑vehicle, retail, financial services, insurance, or other high‑value consumer product sectors is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Target‑driven, proactive, and comfortable working under sales targets.
• Fluency in Lao; English proficiency is a plus.
• Interest in automobiles, electric vehicles, and sustainable mobility.
• Willingness to travel to meet customers as needed.
