Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the promotion and sale of our heavy machinery solutions in Laos. The role involves building relationships with local customers, dealers and international partners to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new sales leads and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Schedule and deliver presentations on company products to prospects and customers.
• Track all sales activities in the CRM system and keep account information up‑to‑date.
• Communicate customer product pain points to relevant internal departments.
• Develop and nurture strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and existing customers.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and coordinate with other teams to optimise the sales effort.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum three years of international sales experience in heavy‑machinery products.
• Established customer relationships and network resources for local sales in Laos.
• Proven experience in international sales‑related activities.
