Sales Manager – Laos (Vientiane)

About the role

DKT Mekong is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead its family‑planning product sales in Laos. Based in Vientiane, you will work closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing and act as the primary liaison between DKT and its local distributor, Vientiane Pharma (VTP).

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train and manage a sales team for OTC and ETC distribution channels.
• Oversee daily sales operations to meet and exceed targets.
• Conduct field visits with the distributor’s sales team and DKT medical representatives to identify challenges and opportunities.
• Collaborate with DKT’s marketing team to design and implement trade‑promotion programs for clinics, hospitals, pharmacies and convenience stores.
• Develop incentive schemes for pharmacy staff to promote DKT products.
• Gather, analyse and report sales results against KPIs, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Resolve operational issues and service complaints, escalating to senior management when required.
• Represent DKT at events and conferences to expand product listings in healthcare facilities.
