Accounting Manager

About the role

PTL Holding is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the financial reporting, budgeting and tax compliance functions across its diverse development projects. The role will ensure accurate accounting entries, adherence to standards and support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze data and present performance outcomes, evaluate annual budget plans and departmental reports.
• Establish accounting policies, develop operational manuals and plan financial activities in line with company policies and standards.
• Prepare annual summary reports, tax and accounting submissions for both active and newly established entities.
• Coordinate with tax authorities to finalise annual financial statements and obtain tax clearance certificates.
• Review all accounting entries, including adjustments, cost of goods sold, sales, revenues and expenses for ongoing projects.
• Verify expense reports, supporting documents (PR, PO, invoices, payment requests) and ensure proper authorisation.
• Complete monthly account closing by recording transactions without invoice notifications in the correct period.
• Organise training on accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Provide accurate accounting reports on company, customer, outstanding expenses and tax records for financial reporting.
• Support ad‑hoc tasks requested by the Accounting & Finance Director and senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA preferred).
• Minimum 8 years progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and analytical abilities.
• Ability to plan, organise and manage tasks within set deadlines.
