About the role

This position is focused on providing excellent customer service in a retail environment. The successful candidate will interact directly with shoppers, assisting them with product inquiries, purchases, and after‑sale support.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and respond to their needs promptly and courteously.
• Assist customers in selecting products and completing transactions.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and returns in accordance with store policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Support promotional activities and upsell when appropriate.

Required profile

• Completed high school education.
• Previous experience in a commercial or retail setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
