Field Coordinator

About the role

The Field Coordinator is responsible for the safe, efficient and productive operation of one or multiple drilling rigs, ensuring compliance with EH&S policies and meeting client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee drill site setup, organization and housekeeping to the highest standards.
• Implement best practices to maximize safe productivity and meet contract expectations.
• Mentor, train and retain crew members, providing coaching on values and performance.
• Coordinate and allocate work to meet drilling plans and maintain equipment uptime.
• Act as the communication link between daily operations and the client, ensuring timely reporting.
• Liaise with field and zone teams for inventory planning and control.

Required profile

• Several years of experience as a drilling field employee with documented qualifications.
• Proven supervisory experience building respectful, cohesive teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective coaching and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience working in highly remote areas.
• Current driver’s license.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
