About the role

The Finance Business Partner Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to business units, providing financial insight and support to drive performance and strategic decision‑making. Based in Laos, this role combines analytical expertise with strong stakeholder collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to support Business Unit performance and decision‑making.
• Monitor, analyze, and provide financial insights to drive business growth and achieve targets.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management activities.
• Partner closely with business leaders to identify risks and opportunities.
• Manage month‑end closing, financial reporting, and accounting operations.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/local accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Support audits, statutory reporting, and financial control processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, financial controlling or accounting.
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
• Hands‑on experience with month‑end closing, financial reporting and accounting operations.
• In‑depth knowledge of IFRS and other major accounting standards.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
• Willingness to relocate to Laos.
