Freelance Leadership Trainer – Career Acceleration

About the role

NIIT is seeking a freelance Leadership Trainer to design and deliver high‑impact programs that develop leadership capabilities and accelerate career growth for professionals at all levels. The role involves creating engaging learning experiences and providing one‑on‑one coaching to help participants achieve their leadership potential.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver leadership skills and career acceleration training for entry‑level to executive audiences.
• Facilitate interactive sessions using experiential learning, case studies, role‑plays, and group exercises.
• Provide personalized coaching to individuals seeking leadership development and career advancement.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to assess training needs, evaluate effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
• Stay current with research and trends in leadership development and incorporate new insights into programs.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the development journey.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Organizational Development or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Leadership Skills Trainer, Career Coach, or similar role.
• Deep knowledge of leadership theories, models, and best practices.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation abilities.
• Strong rapport‑building skills with individuals at all organizational levels.
