French Wine Ambassador

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic French Wine Ambassador to represent AEnoteca’s French wine portfolio in Laos. Based in Vientiane, you will engage with hotels, restaurants, retailers and wine enthusiasts, promoting wine culture and supporting sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Represent and promote AEnoteca’s French wine range to customers and partners.
• Conduct tastings, product presentations, dinners and promotional events.
• Build and maintain relationships with hotels, restaurants, corporate clients and wine enthusiasts.
• Support the sales team with client visits, product demonstrations and sales activities.
• Assist the marketing team in creating educational and promotional wine content.
• Train AEnoteca staff and business partners on French wine regions, grape varieties, producers and serving techniques.
• Help plan wine events, brand activations and customer experiences.
• Prepare activity reports and relay customer feedback to management.

Required profile

• Native‑level French with strong knowledge of French culture.
• Fluent or professional working proficiency in English.
• Basic wine knowledge; formal qualifications are a plus.
• Experience in wine, hospitality, food & beverage, retail, events, sales or customer service is preferred.
• Confident, friendly and comfortable speaking with individuals and groups.
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, adaptable and eager to learn.
• Willing to relocate to Vientiane and work flexible hours for tastings and events.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic digital tools.
