General Manager, Laos

About the role

Foodpanda is seeking a dynamic leader to head its operations in Laos. As General Manager you will be responsible for the full profit‑and‑loss ownership and will drive the country’s growth strategy, ensuring the platform scales efficiently while delivering exceptional customer and rider experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full P&L and lead all business operations across Laos.
• Define and execute the country growth strategy with a focus on profitability, efficiency and scalability.
• Build, lead and inspire a cross‑functional leadership team.
• Ensure operational excellence across commercial, logistics, marketing and customer experience functions.
• Strengthen vendor, customer and rider ecosystems to drive loyalty and sustainable growth.
• Represent the brand in Laos, managing external relationships and regulatory affairs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership experience, including P&L ownership and strategic project execution.
• International exposure is mandatory.
• Background in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial, startup or technology environments.
• Proven success scaling organisations of 100+ staff across diverse functions.
