Loss Prevention Superintendent

About the role

The Loss Prevention Superintendent will lead all loss‑prevention activities for Phu Bham Copper‑Gold and Ban Houayxai Gold‑Silver operations. Reporting to the Senior Loss Prevention Superintendent, you will protect personnel, assets, information and infrastructure while ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement site‑specific security protocols and emergency response plans.
• Manage scheduling, training and performance of all loss‑prevention staff.
• Oversee departmental budgeting and cost control.
• Coordinate physical and electronic security measures across the sites.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and site audits, identify vulnerabilities and drive corrective actions.
• Liaise with internal departments and external authorities to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Significant experience in security or loss‑prevention within mining or construction environments.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex security programmes.
• Strong understanding of safety and security regulations applicable to remote, high‑value operations.
• Excellent analytical and decision‑making skills.
