Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimise marketing strategies that boost visibility and brand presence for healthcare products in Laos. You will work closely with commercial, medical and product teams to deliver compliant campaigns that support DKSH's Healthcare business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans for product launches, services and campaigns aligned with business priorities.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor research and gather customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, medical and product teams to ensure unified marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute multi‑channel campaigns across digital, social media, events and print.
• Monitor, optimise and report on campaign performance against KPIs.
• Create compliant content for doctors, clinics and patients, including brochures, presentations and digital assets.
• Support medical education and awareness initiatives while maintaining consistent brand identity.
• Organise medical conferences, seminars, workshops and promotional events in coordination with vendors and partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management or a related field.
• 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical device sectors.
• Strong understanding of healthcare marketing principles and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and content‑writing abilities.
• Fluency in the local language and basic English proficiency, both written and spoken.
