Sales Assistant Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant Project Manager to drive sales excellence, retail visibility, and field capability development for our Champa channel in Laos. The role combines program leadership, sales planning, and capability building in a fast‑paced FMCG environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Champa agency and activation program, coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders to meet business objectives.
• Develop, manage and track the Champa Sales Plan, monitor KPIs, and implement corrective actions to achieve growth targets.
• Own the Champa budget, track investments, and ensure a strong return on investment.
• Ensure Champa stores comply with Unilever visibility and merchandising standards and conduct regular audits.
• Lead the Champa Lady Capability Program, designing training, coaching and development initiatives to improve selling and merchandising skills.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in program management, project coordination, sales capability, training & development, or commercial excellence within FMCG.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive field execution programs.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent planning, organization and prioritization abilities.
