Sales Assistant Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant Project Manager to drive sales excellence, retail visibility, and field capability development for our Champa channel in Laos. You will lead agency initiatives, manage sales planning, and ensure best‑in‑class retail execution in a fast‑paced FMCG environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Champa agency and activation program, coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders to meet business objectives.
• Develop, manage, and track the Champa Sales Plan, monitor KPIs, and implement corrective actions.
• Own the Champa budget, track investments, and deliver strong ROI.
• Ensure Champa stores comply with visibility and merchandising standards, conducting audits and supporting field teams.
• Lead the Champa Lady Capability Program, designing training, coaching, and development initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in program management, project coordination, sales capability, training & development, or FMCG commercial operations.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, reporting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Leadership mindset with ownership, planning, influence without formal authority, and coaching skills.
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
