Sales Manager – Heavy Machinery

About the role

SANY Group, a global leader in construction and heavy machinery, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive business growth in Vientiane, Laos. You will be responsible for expanding our market presence for heavy equipment across construction, mining, and related sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new sales leads and maintain a robust pipeline.
• Schedule and deliver product presentations and meetings with prospects.
• Create, plan, and present detailed product demonstrations.
• Record all sales activities in the company CRM and keep account information up‑to‑date.
• Communicate customer pain points to internal departments for solution development.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with prospects and existing customers.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise the sales effort.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of international sales experience in heavy machinery or related equipment.
• Established network of customer relationships and resources in the local market.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet performance targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using a CRM system to track sales activities.
