Technician – Technical Services

About the role

As a Technician in Technical Services you will ensure the reliability and performance of heavy diesel vehicles, generators and equipment for DKSH's clients in Laos, directly supporting customer satisfaction and high‑quality engineering solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver reliable repairs and maintenance of generators, heavy diesel vehicles and equipment, minimizing downtime.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot diesel engine issues, applying reconditioning and engine‑rebuilding expertise.
• Provide timely technical service across multiple engine brands, ensuring compliance with HSE policies and accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Certificate in mechanics and/or electrical engineering (technical school or equivalent).
• 2‑3 years post‑apprenticeship experience as a mechanic with heavy diesel products; Cummins engine experience is a plus.
• Qualified as a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic (light vehicle mechanic also acceptable).
