VIP Sales Manager, SEA

About the role

Binance is seeking a VIP Sales Manager for the South‑East Asia (SEA) region to lead the acquisition and development of relationships with high‑value institutional and VIP clients. You will work remotely within a global team, representing one of the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchanges and delivering tailored digital‑asset solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and nurture trust‑based relationships with a portfolio of major global institutional and VIP clients.
• Expand existing client relationships through regular communication, needs analysis, and customized service offerings.
• Design and implement key customer service processes, management rules, and tracking systems.
• Analyze user behavior, produce client analysis reports, and collaborate with product and operations teams to deliver optimal solutions and feedback.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of sales and client‑service experience in an international financial environment (banking, investments, FX sales, etc.).
• Proven track record of meeting clear sales KPIs and acquiring new customers.
• Experience working with regional sales teams and hosting events to attract clients.
• Strong communication skills, flexibility, and ability to maintain high‑level relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
