About the role

The PV Installation Designer will plan and coordinate solar photovoltaic (PV) assembly projects, ensuring timely execution and complete documentation. You will work within a four‑person PV implementation team, handling both internal crews and subcontractors across Poland.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule PV installation assemblies (approximately 250 kWp per month).
• Coordinate work of installation teams, including subcontractors, and manage related logistics such as crane or roof‑lift rentals.
• Ensure on‑time completion of assemblies and collect full documentation from each site.
• Settle and monitor the work of installation crews, maintaining continuous communication.
• Participate in the development of the PV implementation department, covering projects above 50 kWp, virtual power plants, heat pumps, and energy storage.
• Assist in the procurement of photovoltaic components.
• Serve as the client contact for installation organization and monitor the operational status of PV systems.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in PV installation work, either as a coordinator or foreman.
• Hands‑on experience connecting and configuring photovoltaic inverters.
• Willingness to travel occasionally throughout Poland.
• Strong focus on meeting deadlines.
• Valid category B driving licence.
• Ability to build trustworthy relationships with clients and the company.
• Preferred: SEP or UDT electrical certifications.
