About the role

The Photovoltaic Installation Designer will plan and coordinate PV system installations, ensuring timely execution and complete documentation. You will work within a four‑person project team, handling both internal crews and subcontractors across Poland.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule PV installation projects (approximately 250 kWp per month).
• Coordinate installation crews, monitor progress, and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Collect and verify complete installation documentation.
• Settle crew work, maintain contact with internal teams and subcontractors.
• Arrange rental equipment such as cranes, roof lifts, and scaffolding.
• Participate in the development of large‑scale PV projects, virtual power plants, heat pumps, and energy storage.
• Assist in purchasing photovoltaic components.
• Communicate with clients regarding installation organization.
• Monitor the operational status of installed PV systems.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in PV installation work (as coordinator or foreman).
• Experience connecting and configuring photovoltaic inverters.
• Willingness to travel occasionally throughout Poland.
• Commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Valid category B driving licence.
• Ability to build trustworthy relationships with clients and the company.
• SEP or UDT certification is a plus.
