About the role

We are looking for a motivated Photovoltaic Installation Designer to join our small PV project implementation team. You will coordinate the planning and execution of solar installations for business, residential and agricultural clients across Poland.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule PV installation projects, handling around 250 kWp per month.
• Coordinate installation crews, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation.
• Set up and manage rental equipment such as cranes, aerial lifts and scaffolding.
• Participate in the development of larger PV projects, virtual power plants, heat pumps and energy storage.
• Assist in purchasing photovoltaic components and maintain client communication regarding installation organization.
• Monitor the operational status of installed PV systems.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience working on PV installations, either as a coordinator or foreman.
• Experience with connecting and configuring photovoltaic inverters.
• Willingness to travel occasionally throughout Poland.
• Strong focus on meeting deadlines.
• Valid category B driving licence.
• Ability to build trustworthy relationships with clients and the company.
• SEP/UDT certification is a plus.
