Business Development Specialist / Team Lead – Laos

About the role

This position leads the growth of our financial services business in Laos, focusing on expanding market presence, acquiring new partners, and strengthening the brand locally.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase company presence in the Lao market.
• Lead acquisition and management of Introducing Brokers (IBs), institutional clients, and strategic partners.
• Enhance local brand visibility through partnerships, events, and marketing collaborations.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Customer Support to deliver tailored client experiences.
• Drive monthly and quarterly performance targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.
• Act as the primary representative and spokesperson for the company in Laos.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B CFD sales or account management within financial services or trading.
• Deep understanding of the Lao market, client segments, competitor landscape, and regulatory environment.
• Strong leadership abilities to motivate teams and influence stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Lao, both written and spoken.
