Finance Manager – Enterprise Finance, Vientiane

About the role

The Finance Manager will join ANZ's Enterprise Finance team in Vientiane, Laos, ensuring accurate financial records and meeting both external and internal reporting obligations. You will support the CFO and finance team in delivering regulatory compliance, tax reporting, and strategic financial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit daily regulatory and internal reports accurately and on time.
• Support month‑end, quarterly and annual reporting activities to meet local regulatory requirements.
• Assist the CFO in providing precise financial information to stakeholders and in executing key projects.
• Collaborate with the GCC team to fulfil finance functions and operational needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with regulators, external auditors and business partners.
• Manage local tax audits and ensure timely tax compliance and payments.
• Provide support during external and internal audit processes.

Required profile

• Several years of finance or accounting experience, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of statutory accounting, tax regulations and Laos-specific financial rules.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA/CA qualification is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting systems such as Hyperion.
