General Manager – Automotive Service Center

About the role

Protech Automotive Solutions seeks an experienced General Manager to lead the overall operation of its automotive service center. You will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring safety and profitability, and fostering a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily center operations, including risk management, production, and administration.
• Develop, reward, recognize and retain teammates while monitoring their performance.
• Track and analyze financial metrics, identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure all vehicle repairs are performed thoroughly, safely, and profitably in line with Protech SOPs, insurance partner requirements and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate estimates, OEM repair procedures and vehicle scanning processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years management experience in the automotive industry or a mobile automotive business.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance coverage.
• At least 21 years of age and able to pass background, MVR and other pre‑employment screenings.
• Eligibility to work in the United States with no restrictions.

Required skills

• Advanced understanding of automotive estimates.
• Prior experience with OEM repair processes.
• Proficiency in vehicle scanning and related procedures.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and prioritize competing tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
