Human Resources Operations Specialist

About the role

The Human Resources Operations Specialist supports employees and the HR team by handling a wide range of HR queries and administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth HR processes from onboarding to off‑boarding.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to employee questions on HR policies, payroll, benefits, leave, and employment procedures.
• Process HR requests such as employee transfers, employment certificates, and staff information updates.
• Manage attendance, leave records, overtime, and related HR transactions.
• Coordinate onboarding, transfers, promotions, job changes, and resignations.
• Prepare employment contracts, amendments, HR letters, and other documentation.
• Prepare, review, and process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including salaries, overtime, allowances, bonuses, deductions, and final settlements.
• Update employee information in the HRMS and coordinate probation reviews, contract renewals, and confirmations.
• Support off‑boarding, exit clearance, and final salary payments.
