Lao to English Interpreter (Remote, Paid Training, No Experience Required)

About the role

We are seeking fluent Lao‑English bilinguals for a fully remote, full‑time interpreter position with a leading U.S. client. No prior interpretation experience is required; selected candidates will undergo a three‑week paid training program to prepare them for professional remote interpretation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide real‑time Lao to English interpretation for client calls and meetings.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality while interpreting.
• Complete daily homework and assignments as part of the training curriculum.
• Adhere to the client’s schedule, starting at 7:00 AM California time.

Required profile

• Fluent in both Lao and English with strong verbal communication skills.
• Professional, positive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a suitable laptop or desktop.
• Willingness to commit to a full‑time remote schedule.
