Regional Sales Representative – Laos

About the role

ASEV, a leading Destination Management Company specializing in Laos, seeks an experienced Regional Sales Representative to develop the Lao destination across Southeast Asian markets, primarily Vietnam and Thailand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and promote Laos travel products to regional markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and tourism partners.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities and present ASEV’s offerings.
• Organise sales calls, meetings, presentations and B2B activities.
• Represent ASEV at trade shows, workshops and networking events.
• Follow up on leads, convert opportunities into bookings and provide regular sales reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in tourism sales, business development or DMC/inbound tourism.
• Established network of travel agencies and tour operators, especially in Vietnam and the broader region.
• Strong knowledge of the Southeast Asian tourism market and Laos as a destination.
• Excellent communication, sales and networking skills.
• Autonomous, proactive and commercially driven with good English proficiency.
