Courier – Parcel Pickup & Delivery

About the role

DHL Express Laos is seeking motivated individuals to join its team as Couriers. In this role you will ensure timely pickup and delivery of international and domestic shipments while maintaining the high service standards expected by DHL customers.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver shipments promptly across Vientiane.
• Sort and process inbound parcels, performing physical inspections for compliance.
• Conduct Mission Perfect Shipment (MPS) checks before outbound processing.
• Estimate weight and dimensions, assist with packing of heavy‑weight shipments.
• Deliver invoices and related documents to customers.
• Support collection activities and coordinate with the airport for inbound and outbound handovers.
• Adhere to company procedures, safety requirements, and service standards.

Required profile

• Valid driving licence (class A, B or C) – both male and female candidates welcome.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; a college diploma or higher is preferred.
• Previous experience in courier, logistics, transportation or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Lao; basic English is preferred.
• Physically fit and able to perform outdoor operational tasks.
• Proactive, reliable, customer‑oriented and able to work well in a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to meet operational needs.
