Enterprise Resources Planning Program Manager

About the role

The role is accountable for delivering all outcomes across design, build, test, cutover and stabilisation, while protecting the integrity of the Smart Core global template. No deviation from the Smart Core template is permitted without formal approval through DA/ARB governance.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for the integrated delivery plan across all workstreams and partners; maintain a single source of truth.
• Enforce stage gates, readiness evidence, and governance discipline (DA/ARB/change control).
• Manage RAID, dependencies and escalations; drive timely decision‑making and issue resolution.
• Ensure testing, cutover, go‑live and hypercare plans are complete, owned and executed.
• Drive Fit‑to‑Standard adoption and challenge non‑standard requirements unless legally or business‑critically required.
• Document, justify, trace, and progress all gaps/deviations through DA/ARB and the Change Request process.
• Maintain single source of truth for requirements and design artefacts (process → requirement → solution → build → test).
• Provide clear status, risks, issues and recommendations to programme leadership and governance forums.
