Marketing and Sales Executive

About the role

The Marketing and Sales Executive will be based on‑site in Vientiane and will promote Maya Sole’s diverse services and products across its core sectors. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive brand visibility, generate leads and secure new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and monitor integrated marketing campaigns for youth products, training programmes, green energy, technology and hospitality services.
• Conduct market research and basic data analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales proposals, presentations and promotional materials for clients and partners.
• Coordinate events, promotional activities and brand communication across relevant channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Track performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in marketing and sales, including campaign planning, lead generation and client relationship management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Lao is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Vientiane, manage multiple projects and collaborate in a cross‑functional team.
• Interest or experience in sectors such as youth products, training and development, green energy, technology or hospitality.
