Marketing & Communications Manager – Hotel

About the role

The Marketing & Communications Manager will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, reputation, and revenue for the Avani+ Lanexang Vientiane Hotel. You will oversee all communication channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual marketing and communication plans.
• Maintain brand consistency across all media and promotional materials.
• Build and nurture relationships with media, influencers, tourism organisations, and industry partners.
• Create press releases, media kits, newsletters, and corporate communications.
• Manage social media platforms, website content, email campaigns, and online advertising.
• Monitor online reputation, respond to guest feedback, and drive positive brand exposure.
• Oversee production of marketing collateral, including brochures, videos, photography, and promotional assets.
• Support SEO and SEM initiatives to improve search visibility and website traffic.
• Plan and execute seasonal promotions, events, F&B campaigns, weddings, and conferences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality marketing and communications.
• Strong understanding of brand management and media relations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively with revenue, sales, and operations teams.
