Marketing Projects and Events Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing Projects and Events Coordinator will join Briston International Nursery and Kindergarten (BINK) in Vientiane to lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing initiatives and school events. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with school leadership and teaching teams to promote BINK’s programs, values, and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Organise school events such as open days, celebrations, and community activities, handling logistics, timelines, and vendor relationships.
• Create promotional materials, maintain brand consistency, and support social‑media efforts.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and event budgets.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and external partners to align projects with the school’s mission.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills for interacting with families, staff, and partners.
• Proven project‑management experience with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent organisational abilities, attention to detail, and time‑management skills.
• Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• Sensitivity to diverse cultures and ability to work collaboratively in an educational environment.
