About the role

DHL Express Laos is seeking an Operations Team Leader to oversee daily shipment handling and delivery coordination. The role focuses on driving team performance, ensuring compliance with DHL standards, and maintaining high service quality in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily logistics operations, including shipment processing and delivery scheduling.
• Monitor operational KPIs such as on‑time delivery, productivity, and service quality, taking corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure adherence to DHL operational procedures, safety, and security protocols.
• Plan manpower, allocate shifts, and distribute workload to meet demand.
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to avoid service disruptions.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members to improve performance and engagement.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics or operations, with supervisory exposure.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Good understanding of operational processes and KPI management.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
