Projektant instalacji fotowoltaicznych – Koordynator montaży PV

About the role

The company is looking for a Photovoltaic Installation Designer to coordinate and plan PV assembly projects. You will work within a small, dynamic team handling installations for business, residential, and agricultural clients across Poland.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule PV installation projects, targeting around 250 kWp per month.
• Coordinate internal and subcontractor installation teams, ensuring timely execution.
• Secure complete documentation for each installation.
• Settle team work accounts and maintain ongoing communication with crews.
• Arrange rental of installation equipment such as cranes, roof lifts, and scaffolding.
• Participate in the development of the PV department, including large‑scale installations, virtual power plants, heat pumps, and energy storage.
• Assist in the procurement of photovoltaic components.
• Communicate with clients to organize installation logistics.
• Monitor the operational status of installed PV systems.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in PV installation work (as coordinator or foreman).
• Hands‑on experience connecting and configuring photovoltaic inverters.
• Willingness to travel occasionally throughout Poland.
• Strong focus on meeting project deadlines.
• Valid category B driving licence.
• Ability to build trustworthy relationships with clients and the company.
• Preferred: SEP or UDT certifications.
