Regional Sales Manager – Laos

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth of Zoomlion’s heavy machinery portfolio across Laos. This role involves building strong customer relationships, understanding market needs, and delivering tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage potential customers in the assigned region (Laos).
• Identify customer needs, follow up on orders, and analyse reasons for lost opportunities.
• Maintain a comprehensive customer file system for the region.
• Establish and nurture trust‑based relationships with key accounts.
• Collect and report market and industry information on a weekly and monthly basis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Familiarity with the local market and heavy‑machinery sector (e.g., excavators, mobile cranes, concrete equipment, tower cranes, forklifts, foundation, aerial work machinery, mining).
• Proven experience selling heavy machinery in Laos.
• Well‑organized with the ability to work under pressure and time constraints.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem‑solving ability and teamwork orientation.
