Restaurant and Bar Manager

About the role

The Restaurant and Bar Manager leads daily operations across all dining and bar outlets, ensuring an exceptional guest experience that aligns with Rosewood brand standards. This position balances service excellence, revenue growth, and team development while maintaining strict compliance with health, safety, and brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized guest experiences and address service recovery opportunities.
• Oversee opening, closing, and service procedures for restaurant and bar areas.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and upkeep of all food‑and‑beverage spaces.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate associates; manage scheduling and labor productivity.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance; control expenses, inventory, and waste.
• Collaborate with culinary teams on menu development and promotions; manage beverage programs, wine lists, and cocktail offerings.
• Produce operational reports, manage purchasing, and ensure adherence to company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of management experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or high‑end restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of food, beverage, wine, and service standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
