Job description

职位概况

负责货运操作，协调发货人、承运人及仓库，确保货物准时发运并符合合规要求。

主要职责

检查预测并在系统中更新采购订单/货运信息。
与发货人确认货物准备情况并获取装运细节。
根据收货指令进行订舱并与承运人沟通确保舱位。
向发货人发送订舱确认并配合CFS仓库顺利作业。
准备并提交装运指令、VGM，向发货人出具HBL/FCR。
完成ISF/AMS报关文件的准确及时提交。
审核装运文件，防止目的地清关延误。
跟踪货物状态，处理延误并更新信息。
核对账单细节，解决差异。
完成上级交办的其他任务。

任职要求

大学相关专业毕业。
1-2年货运代理工作经验。
熟练使用电脑。
具备越南语和英语的口头及书面沟通能力。
具备团队合作和问题解决能力，能在压力下工作。
工作细致、勤奋。
